Moving to a new retail platform can be stressful.
We’ll take on the responsibility of migrating your existing products, customers and opening stock quanties before you go live.
A Solid Foundation.
Starting a new system with accurate data is key. This process also provides a great opportunity to clean up and clear out. As the first step, we’ll start with some sample imports of your data for review and adjusting before doing your full product, customer and supplier data imports.
1. Data collection
We’ll work with you to extract and compile the required data for your new system.
2. Clean up and examples
After clearing out any old entries, a sample of your data is imported as a preview.
3. Final imports
After any revisions or adjustments to the mapping, your final data is then imported.
4. Opening inventory
For a smooth transition, your opening inventory levels are imported before go-live.

Here are some of the frequently asked questions that come up when discussing moving your data across to your new retail management system.
Can you import my historical sales data?
Unfortunately no, any transactional sales data cannot be imported across into a new Erply account.
What format must my data be supplied in?
We only ask that your data be supplied in a CSV or Excel format, and our team will take care of the rest.
What data can be imported?
Any list data can be imported, including: Products, Stock on-hand levels, Customers, Gift Cards & Supplier lists.
How many records can be imported?
Provided your data is supplied in a structured format, there is no limit to the amount of entires that can be imported.
