Unlimited support is a key part of the Erply offering. Support queries are handled by a team of retail experts, who understand the challenges of retail & your business.
What is the fee for additional registers?
For higher volume retail stores, you have the flexibility to add an unlimited number of additional registers. These are billed at £19/pm and can be added or removed as needed.
What is covered in the free onboarding?
Getting started on the right foot is important. Our included onboarding service ensures your software is setup right, initial data loaded accuratly and staff are all trained.
What is the fee for additional locations?
For additional distribution warehouses, or inventory tracking, you can add an unlimited number of additional ‘non-sales’ stock locations. These are billed at £39/pm.
