HP Store approached us to provide a software solution to manage both their consumer & enterprise sales on one platform – covering both brick & mortar and online sales channels. Erply was selected to provide point of sale & inventory control for their 7 retail stores as well as sales management at head office for quotations, sales orders and invoicing. ErplyBooks was implemented as a fully integrated accounting solution.

E-Commerce was an important factor, and a custom Magento integration was specced and developed to suit HP Store’s needs. This included a comprehensive two-way CRM sync, allowing customers to sign up in-store and complete their profiles later online.
